Old Tuscan Studios was fun. There was a carousal, go cart cars, a train that circled the studio, gun show fights, ice cream parlor, panning for gold, etc. -This train that Aaron and Caleb are standing on was pretty awesome. You could see inside where they would put the coal, etc.

Christmas with the Blys

I realized that I didn't get a lot of great pictures Christmas morning, but these are some with the boys stockings. -Be sure to note the toy coal Caleb found in his stocking for his best friend, toy train engine: Thomas. :)

The Train Park!

Caleb's dreams came true as time after time we found train themed fun. -These pictures are taken at a train park in Phoenix, AZ. -Fully equipped with ticket station, carousal, playgrounds, model train display, train museum and of course a train that rides around the park (over bridges, through tunnels -and did I mention the cattle car the kids could ride in???) -yep, it was awesome. :)

Mesa Arizona Temple Grounds

After visiting the beautiful Mesa, AZ temple grounds I've decided that I could live in CA/AZ. The weather and palm trees remind me of Hawaii and I found the most beautiful lemon tree. :)

Ethan's First Airplane Trip

Heading off to sunny Arizona for Christmas. Ethan was a good boy and slept. Caleb entertained the passengers behind us with his love for trains. :)

Early Christmas Fun

Making cookies with Daddy was a hit --I think Caleb devoured at least 20 spritz cookies. :)

Beautiful Boys

Our little family continues to grow beautifully.

Here is Ethan Glenn at 3 1/2 months old. He is starting to wear 9 month sized clothing and weighs in at a healthy, happy 17.5 lbs. He can lift his head well and enjoys playing with his floor gym, rattles, and of course loves being held and staring at his busy interesting brother.



Caleb is just 2 months shy of being a crazy 3 year old. He is sweet, crazy and curious all at the same time. He learns and remembers everything he can and loves to go and do new things. Thomas the Tank Engine trains and Lightning MacQueen/Tow Mator continue to be some of his favorite toys. Although he doesn't really understand ... he is very excited for Christmas and helped decorate our Christmas tree. He likes playing with a few of the less fragile nativities and talks about Jesus, Mary, the Manger and their donkey. :)

Nap Time

Caleb loves to pretend he's a princess with beautiful hair like Sleeping Beauty, Ariel, etc. so... often times we find him sleeping with a blanket, or in this case, a pillow case on his head. Silly, silly boy.

A Very Healthy Baby

We went in for Ethan's 2 month Dr. visit this afternoon and found out what we already knew -- that we have a very healthy baby! He weighed in at 15 lbs. 5 oz. (95%) and 23 1/2" long (65%). He's doing great. :) 10 weeks old tomorrow and in 6 month clothes already.

Ethan and Mommy

Ethan is such a precious baby. He is so beautiful to me and I am grateful to be his mother. -Today he is 2 months old. Doctor's visit and measurements are later this week so I'll keep you all posted on how well he's growing, but he's wearing 3 month clothes and occasionally 3-6 month outfits.



My primary class is practicing for our singing program this month and my kids love it because I bring Ethan with me to practice. They all want to hold him, but we'll wait until he's a little bit bigger first. :)

Ethan Glenn's Baby Blessing

We were pleased to bless our beautiful baby boy: Ethan Glenn Bly in church Sept. 25, 2011. Ethan has been such a joy to our family and particularly to me. He is such a good baby. Ethan Glenn is named after his Great Grandpa Darrell Glenn Long pictured below.

Better Late than Never: Baby Ethan Photos!

Baby Ethan Photo Updates

Ethan at 1 week old. He's a little yellow from some Jaundice, but after a little less than a week on a billi blanket he's doing great.

Lots of love to Grandma S and Uncle L for helping us adjust and keeping Caleb entertained. -We loved the water balloons. :)

Ethan at 2 weeks old. 8 lbs. 9 ounces and 20 1/2 inches long --growing fast. Our home scale says he's 10 lbs. now and he's not even 3 weeks yet. Mommy must be feeding him good. :)
