Uncle Logan

Last night Caleb and I were having a bedtime snack. I was talking about the pictures of our family and pointing people out. He was especially interested in Uncle Logan. -His signs aren't completely accurate, but it was cute. We love you Uncle Logan!

Updates

Well, Caleb has been growing up. He is 22-months-old now and is very silly. Thomas the train is his best friend. And you can usually see him carrying around Thomas and another toy.
Aaron and I celebrated our 3-year wedding anniversary. He suprised me with 3 red roses and a great card. -It was a Hallmark moment. :)

Grandpa Bly came and stayed with us for a week. Caleb decided he was his best buddy right away and enjoyed having Grandpa play with him. -Thanksgiving was also extra good with Grandpa here! We had yummy chicken divan, brown rice, cutter cookies and buttery spritz cookies as well. :)

Aaron and Grandpa Bly set up the Christmas tree and I enjoyed decorating. Caleb also likes the tree. And is exploring everything.

One of Caleb's favorite decorations is this jingle bell tree. :)

Gobble Gobble Gobble

We've had a busy day today and thought it would be fun to share some highlights. Sorry about the movement in this first video. It's hard to keep this busy kid still. He seems to be happy about the new Thanksgiving decorations. :)

In addition to playing hide and seek and pretending to be puppies --we have a new steamroller game!

We also had a lot of fun singing songs for Family Home Evening tonight. Our lesson was about being quiet and reverent. When we talked about saying prayers Caleb folded his arms and then we asked him if he could close his eyes so he covered them with his hands. -Too cute.

Happy Halloween

We've had a wonderful month trick or treating, carving pumpkins and making spook trees. Making new traditions with Caleb is the best part. He gets so excited. Thanksgiving and Christmas are going to be so much fun. :)

Caleb the Puppy

One of Caleb's favorite games is to pretend he's a puppy. He likes Aaron and I to also crawl around woofing and pretending we are dogs with him. Too cute. :

Dow-wow-wow-n-n

Early each morning Caleb comes and commands his lazy parents to get out of bed. This morning he was cute and snuggled first. This video was taken about 6:30 am. He loves Thomas the Train and got this train with a video we got him this week. -He tried taking it to bed one night, but ended up playing too much instead of sleeping. So, now Thomas sleeps in Tidmoth Sheds on the book shelf next to Caleb's bed until he gets up in the morning. :)

Practicing for Halloween

We haven't decided what Caleb should be for Halloween yet, but we've got his pumpkin! He loves practicing knocking on the door for jellybeans, fruit snacks and pretzels. :)





While we were outside practicing I took a quick picture of my geraniums this year. They have been gorgeous and are just covered with blooms.

Couches!

After living in our house for 2 years we are excited to present ... our new couch and loveseat! Also, after dusting and organizing I felt our living room deserved a photo shoot. :)
